Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be delivered the next working day between 8 AM and 6 PM via courier. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, and the goods become unsuitable due to non-delivery, we are not liable. The courier will leave a “calling card,” and the recipient must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
Please note: Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday, with delivery on Tuesday, as we do not deliver on weekends. For Saturday deliveries, please select the “Saturday Delivery” option at checkout.
Holiday Orders:
For busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, and Christmas, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery, as next-day service may not always be available.
Product Freshness Guarantee:
We guarantee that all sweets are freshly made, carefully prepared, and packaged at our factory before being dispatched. However, we are not responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs during delivery.
